About the simulator

01Our simulator is exactly designed and equipped as a cockpit of a Boeing 737-800NG. The pilot of the simulator can experience a lifelike virtual flight with doing the same tasks as a pilot of a real plane. The reality of the flight is assured by three high-definition projectors with the function of a so-called Cylindrical Distorsion projecting on a 210-angle cylindrical screen.01 The projection makes you feel like you were in a real moving plane’s cockpit. The cockpit itself doesn’t move, but the visual experience makes you feel as if it were moving, too. The simulator is mainly amusing, but it also has an educational function. It is suitable for both the amateur visitors and those who have flying experience, but it is not suitable for teaching formal cockpit knowledge, neither for teaching real flying tasks.

 

The simulator can be used for the following programmes:

- sightseeing around well-known airports

- introducing amateurs to the tasks of real pilots
- team building programmes
- treating phobias in connection with flying
- educating radio-navigation
- practicing procedures
- route planning, fuel counting, considering weather conditions

Main Instrument Panel
05The main instrument panel includes the essential devices for controlling a plane, and these give a feedback about the speed, the height and the heeling of the plane. The display of the radar and its controlling panel, the display of the engine’s data and the panel of the robot pilot can be found here as well.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pedestal
On the pedestal panel you can find the operating panel of the radio devices for the navigation of the plane and the communication. Then the device used in case of fire and the operating panel of the trim of vertical stabilizer are also here.


 

 

 

 

 

 

Throttle Control (TQ)

On the panel of the throttle control you can find the controlling sticks of the plane’s engines, the controlling sticks of the wing flaps, the brake of the landing gear and the trim wheels.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

FWD. OverHead Panel
On the FWD overhead panel you can find the switches, the operating panels and the control lights needed for flying a plane. Here you can find the switches which start the pneumatic, hydraulic and electric devices of the plane as well as the lights and analogue devices which are to give feedback of the operation and failures of the plane.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Controlling instruments

Elevator and aileron
The elevator and the aileron consist of a stick leaning back and forth and a control yoke. The captain and the first officer’s elevators and ailerons are connected with an axel thus the cotrolling devices on the sides move together. On the control yoke there is a switch for trimming the elevator, a radio button and a button for switching off the autopilot.

Pedals
The rudder pedals are for controlling the fin of the plane, which can be done by the reversed back and forth pushing of the pedals. The pedals are cantable, which is to brake the landing gears.

The operation of the simulator is provided by a bunch of softwares on our servers.
There is an operating system, a software for the ladscape, a flight model for the flying features of the plane, a Boeing Logic for the logic of the plane instruments, a software for setting weather conditions and a squakbox, which is a software for controlling the virtual flight.
In the simulator there is a 5.1 sound system, which tries to simulate the sounds coming from outside the plane.
